Seven Queen sized rooms consisting of a queen sized bed and a flip down sofa. $95/night before taxes

One King sized room consisting of a king sized bed and flip down sofa. $110/night before taxes

Medium Suite consisting of a separate King sized bedroom and a flip down sofa in the sitting room. $120/night before taxes

Large Suite consisting of a separate King sized bedroom and two flip down sofas in the sitting room. $130/night before taxes

Cancellation Policy

Because we are a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms, cancellations affect our hotel significantly.  As a result, we have a strict cancellation policy because a last minute cancellation gives us little time to re-book the room.

Cancellations must be made before 6:00pm 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room fee and applicable taxes.

This policy also applies to early departures.  In order not to incur cancellation charges, early departures must be communicated to the reception also before 6:00pm 24 hours prior to the early departure.
